Dennis is a highly skilled refrigeration and HVAC professional with extensive expertise across industrial, commercial, and marine applications. His experience includes industrial ammonia refrigeration, grocery store refrigeration on multiplex rack systems, and specialized expertise in CO2 multiplex rack systems.

He is proficient in DDC control systems for both refrigeration and HVAC, and brings strong capabilities in industrial and commercial marine refrigeration. Dennis handles the full spectrum of HVAC work — from residential to commercial — covering both service and installation.

He has worked extensively throughout Western Canada building grocery store supermarkets. A Canadian national winner of the UA apprenticeship competitions in 2012, he later served as a judge for the UA Canadian national apprenticeship competition in the following years.

Sean has been cleaning ammonia compressor parts since he was 12 years old at his dad's shop. He has extensive experience with large construction projects and is proud to have been part of all of the 2010 Olympic Games projects, from the bobsleigh run to the speed skating oval.

He is highly regarded in the industrial refrigeration community and prides himself on his reputation. Sean loves to teach up-and-coming technicians as well as clients, taking the time onsite to help maintenance staff and owners understand how their systems function. He often remote-operates for fishing boat captains far away at sea, helping keep them up and running when it counts most — saving valuable time when it really counts.

Colton Turko brings a practical, hands-on approach to refrigeration and HVAC, backed by extensive experience working on commercial, industrial, and process cooling systems. As a Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic, he takes pride in solving problems efficiently, doing the job right, and making sure the systems he works on are safe, dependable, and built to perform.

With certifications as a B Gas Fitter and FSR Class B-R Electrical Technician, Colton has a broad mechanical and technical skill set that lets him confidently work across a variety of refrigeration and HVAC applications — including industrial ammonia and CO2 systems, marine refrigeration, and a wide range of Freon-based equipment.

His day-to-day work covers everything from troubleshooting and preventative maintenance to new equipment installations, system start-ups and commissioning, and emergency service. Known for his straightforward approach and commitment to quality, Colton believes good service is about more than fixing equipment — it's about earning trust, communicating clearly, and leaving every job better than he found it. Away from work, he spends his time golfing, racing, and getting out on the water.

Pat Thiara is a highly skilled Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic with extensive experience in commercial and industrial refrigeration, HVAC, and process cooling systems. He is committed to delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality workmanship while building strong relationships with clients through professionalism and integrity.

Pat's qualifications include a Red Seal Refrigeration Mechanic certification, Red Seal Welder certification with a Class A Pressure Welding Ticket, B Gas Fitter certification, FSR Class B-R Electrical certification, and a Refrigeration Operator's Certificate — a diverse combination that lets him confidently work across a wide range of mechanical, refrigeration, gas, electrical, and pressure piping systems.

Throughout his career, Pat has specialized in industrial ammonia and CO2 refrigeration systems before expanding his expertise into commercial and industrial Freon refrigeration. His experience includes troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, equipment installations, system commissioning, capital projects, and emergency service for a variety of refrigeration and HVAC applications. In addition to his technical background, Pat has held leadership positions as a Refrigeration Mechanic, Service Manager, Project Manager, and Estimator — roles that have given him a well-rounded understanding of customer service, project execution, and operational planning.

Outside of work, Pat enjoys golfing, coaching his daughter's basketball team, and volunteering in his community. He believes in giving back and brings the same dedication, teamwork, and integrity to his personal life as he does to every project.
